For that special occasion such as a birthday or club outing why not book a vintage bus?

We are licensed as a bus operator so that our visitors can enjoy rides on some of our exhibits. This means that we can hire out the exhibits licensed as PSVs for appropriate trips. Your bus would be supplied with both driver and conductor and is ideal for that special event.

Remember, however, that they are restored museum exhibits so they are not suitable for booze tours or late evening jollies! Usually, we only undertake hires within reasonable travelling distance of the museum.

For private bus hire enquiries, please write to us with a SAE, ring or e-mail us. We will wish to know the following information:

• Hirer's name
• Contact details (address, phone no, email address)
• Kind of party (e.g. birthday etc.)
• Number of passengers
• Date of hire
• Pick-up point
• Time of pick-up
• Destination
• Is there a return journey?
• Time hire will end
• Are there any low trees, bridges, narrow accesses that you are aware of?
