SUMMER SAFARI
During the school summer holidays, together with Avoncroft Museum of Buildings, the Jinney Ring Craft Centre and Forge Mill Needle Museum, we have been participating in a Summer Safari Animal Hunt.
Children were able to buy an Animal Hunt pass, and then collect a promotional pack that contained an animal hunt questions leaflet, children's activity sheets and various special offer vouchers. Families with a pass were able to visit all the participating museums, to hunt the animals, with a special discounted ticket.
If successful, such joint promotions with other local museums might well become a regular feature of our activities.
