ENGINEERING ENDEAVOURS
NEA101F - Daimler Fleetline / MCW
(West Bromwich 101) - BaMMOT
An immense amount of work has been carried out in preparing the exterior and Kevin Hill has now superbly repainted it. Work on the interior continues with Geoff Hodkinson attending to seats, floor, panelling etc. A complete set of West Bromwich C.T. destination blinds are now fitted, replacing the WMPTE ones. This has been possible by the kind donation of the blinds by Mark Priest. Roland Slater has now made a single-track route gear, to replace the WMPTE 3-track gear, and a West Bromwich number blind is now fitted and working.

A SHOPPING TRIP
On Tuesday 11 October, Lew Giddings and John Rollings went to Tilehurst (near Reading) to collect quite a lot of high quality shopfittings, which hopefully will enable us to have a much better equipped shop. These materials have been donated to us, and we would like to record our thanks to the company concerned.
